New Plan for Life

I realized today that I am responsible for my own happiness.  No one else can be blamed for the sick, dismal, lethargic feelings I have about work.  So, from now on I have a new plan.  A plan for happiness.  I am open to suggestions, but here is what I am doing for now:

1.  Blog about three things I am thankful for every day.  They must be different things and it must be daily for the next 21 days.

2.  I am going to send one positive email per day.  This must be to a different person each time.
